Seniors

The Experience

So you’re headed into your final year; the next new class to walk through your high school halls. You are looking forward to momentous events such as Homecoming, Senior Night, and Prom. You will be the one watching the freshmen walking aimlessly around on their first day of Senior High, wondering where their locker or homeroom is. Compared to other classes, yours will be the one with more experience on the baseball team, the top chair in your section of the band, or leading the dance team. Your class will be the Superlative winners in the yearbook. It is an exciting time in your life, one that you will never experience again. It is a chapter that you will want to remember forever.

Having your senior pictures taken are the perfect way to celebrate this chapter. They are one of the most fun and relaxed ways to capture exactly who YOU are during this stage.

We photograph at the location of your choice, which can range anywhere from the city, to a local park. If you are unsure of a location, I am more than happy to recommend a few of my favorite spots based on your scenery preferences! Outfit changes are encouraged, and can range from casual to dressy.

Your senior pictures should capture your essence, so I recommend incorporating items that have meaning to you: whether it is your sports jersey, your instrument, or even your pet. Items that play a significant part in your life help to create images that depict the uniqueness of you!

On the day of your session, I lend guidance for fun and flattering posing, so you don’t feel like you have to
figure it out yourselves. I want your images to look natural, so my suggestions are open for your interpretation, which results in more candid moments.

If you don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera, that’s not a problem! Many people feel this way (after all, it isn’t every day that you have a camera following you around!) I talk to you throughout the session, get to know you, and throw in some (hopefully funny) jokes and stories about myself. This way, you also get to know me. You will feel at ease after hearing a few clicks of the camera. In a blink, the session will be over, and you will realize how much fun it was! And, excitedly anticipate seeing the end result!
